We process account identity and subscription status to control workspace access. Payment is handled through the configured payment provider; CircuitTwin Harness does not store card details. Projects and imported engineering data may be stored locally in the browser unless a cloud feature is explicitly enabled.

Contact information is used to respond to questions, support requests, product feedback, or business inquiries about CircuitTwin Harness. Account information is used to verify workspace access.
Analytics and Hosting
The website is hosted on internet infrastructure that may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested route, and request time for security and reliability.
Product Changes
If cloud project storage, collaboration, analytics, or assisted ingestion is enabled publicly later, this policy will be reviewed before those capabilities are presented as available.
